Mocca Java Blend

Mocca Java is the world's earliest coffee blend, originally  combining Yemen Mocca with its soft, mild, fragrant and wonderful flavors in

addition to the lower-toned Indonesian Java coffee. Fashionable versions may substitute the Yemen with the very similar

Ethiopia Harrar Longberry or the Indonesian Java with a Sumatra. In our Mocca Java blend we use Yemen Mocca and Indonesian 

Java, which is a specialty coffee in itself. The aroma of the Mocca Java is very sweet in impression, the acidity gentle,

the cup delicate but rich with a fruitiness that rounds and settles toward chocolate as the cup cools.
